We had a truly lovely celebration!
Deanna Kimball won the contest for most articles of red worn - her prize was a $25 gift certificate for art from Justseeds.
We also did a very fun quiz on May Day and workers’ history. And closed with some inspiring music and a very out of sync singalong!
Solidarity with precarious workers in the US who struck on May Day and Foodora couriers in Canada facing the sudden closure of the company after they formed their union!
