We need your bargaining proposals
Your bargaining team has been elected and now we need your suggestions for changes to the current collective agreement.
The members of your bargaining team are: Victoria Gibb-Carlsley, Amy Kishek, Louise Laporte, Holmann Richard
There are several opportunities for you to provide your input in the next few weeks.
Input form: attached is a form for you to use to submit your proposal(s). Please read it carefully. We need your reasons for proposing the change(s). You don’t need to use collective agreement language as long as you clearly identify what you want to see changed. Please use a separate form for each demand you have.
These forms needs to be returned as soon as possible, but no later than end of the day on Friday, June 21, 2019.
Discussion groups: we are also in the process of organizing some discussion groups where you will have an opportunity to raise a potential bargaining proposal or join others to discuss their proposals. At least one discussion group will take place for our members located in regional offices. Details of these groups will be coming out shortly and we encourage you to participate.
